4.30.2012 - Avocado Ice Pops
(don't knock it 'til you try it!!)
Almond milk, avocado, lime juice, sugar, and a little salt.
All ingredients blended then put in freezer molds.
We had cool rocket ship molds that a friend gave us but the boys love to wonder off and play with them, so I used these plastic ice cube maker my grandma brought back from Italy. The mixture was SUPER difficult to get into the bags but now that they are frozen the little cubes are the perfect bite- sized portions!
