Day 72

My grandparents took our older girls to their camper and out fishing on the boat today. These are my grandma's pictures.  :)

My grandparents stayed the night with us and are taking the older girls back to Dallas with them for a few days. I'm not the only one who loves having them around!

Day 70

Today was a wonderfully warm day.  The kids played outside ALL day until they got hot.  Since it was so warm, I let them play on the slip and slide and with the sprinkler.

We've actually been having cool spring weather with lots of rain.  I'm enjoying it and the clouds.

Bobby started a new pergola project today.  The wind got really intense so he decided to work more another day, so we went out to one of our favorite TX BBQ places around, Dickey's.

The crepe myrtle trees are starting to bloom everywhere.  I keep forgetting to grab my camera so I just have this not so awesome cell phone picture.

While the older girls were at One Day Academy, I took the younger ones shopping at Walmart and they were slightly distracted by the fish.

I'm so tired of this cold and tired of feeling tired.  Jojo was getting me ready to take a nap.

Top left picture: our letter/spelling time and the boy I'm watching didn't know how to spell a word so his spelling was in "spanish". Hilarious.  Top right picture: Beautiful clouds  Bottom picture: I opened the front door and was shocked at the bitter chill in the air.  That chill is common up north but not down here in South Texas, 25 degrees and feels like 10?!

This year I've started running the Couch to 5K program with a friend.  Today was pretty challenging and especially so, because we pushed her two little kiddos in a jogging stroller.
