1.11.2012 - My little boy turned 4 today. Wow! Time is flying by too fast...
I made gluten and dairy free cupcakes and fondant. I've never made or used fondant before so it was definitely a learning experience (and a very imperfect one)! I used ingredients I had on hand so the color was not true white since I didn't have clear vanilla extract or clear corn syrup, but it was SUPER yummy!! :)
More pictures will follow soon... right now I'm exhausted and my computer is going slow. I've spent the last 4 1/2 hours in the kitchen baking, cooking, cleaning.. etc. etc. And I babysat an infant for 4 1/2 hours in the morning. Oh, the things we do to show our little ones we love them.
