I turned on a sermon by Mike Bickle titled, Dark in the heart but Lovely to God. He spoke on the hidden darkness inside of us and how Satan uses that to drag us down but the Lord says we are Lovely and washed clean. "If you don't love God, seeing that your flesh is weak is not a problem, so what? But if you really love God, and you do, finding out how weak you are in your flesh is a scandal to your heart. You hate it!! You hate it like nothing else in your life. It's a full crisis in our life. And if we don't understand what God is thinking, we will run from Him instead of to Him. Of course that's just what the devil wants, he wants our heart to be shut down and filled with shame, paralyzed by shame, and condemnation, so we close our spirit from the Lord. You are pure and spotless in the eyes of the Lord after you repent of your sins. His delight is in you!! You are His favorite one!!
